What did YOU have for breakfast today?
I have seen lots of 'What did you eat today', 'what did you have for lunch today', ect....but I have never seen a breakfast one. I think this is a great way to try new foods and get other ideas.
For starters, this is what I had:
- Oatmeal with half a banana, Cinnamon, and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- Half a kiwi;
- Raspberries;
- Raisins;
- Strawberries;
- Unsalted cashews;
- and raw almonds.
What did YOU have today?
I've had a good food day (so far!)...
Breakfast was two shots iced espresso, cup of 2% milk, and a packet of Splenda Flavors for Coffee (got a free sample of two tubes, whoo hoo!) plus a whole, huge, delicious mango.
A slim fast bar and blueberries. I'm almost out of food at my house! Argh!
A peanut butter fiber one bar!

1 English muffin, 2 tbsp. of natural smooth peanutbutter, 1 glass of milk.

Well I had a protein shake (90 cals) with 5 mg creatine 5mg glutamine,I lift weights lol.And a banana 3/4 cup of dry oatmeal with water 1 tbs honey and about a quarter cup of almonds.
A bowl consisting of: one cup cheerios, one cup Kashi 7 whole grain puffed wheat, 1/4 cup fiber one, 1/2 cup blueberries, and one cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze. Lots of cinnamon on top! (Makes everything taste better and swirls into the milk at the bottom)
1C fibre one, 7 sliced strawberries, 1C vanilla Silk soy milk... mmm! My new favorite breakfast and snack!
Oatmeal made with soymilk and water, diced apple, cinnamon, peanut butter, ground flax seed, and raisins.
2 waffles and 1tbsp honey PB
I had: Oatmeal, milk, peanut butter, and a banana.
Yummmmm.
1 cup KashiGOLEAN!Crunch Honey Almond Flax with
1/2 cup Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt and added
cinnamon.
Then I had a cut up apple that I microwaved with splenda and cinnamon for two minutes.
And, of course, my coffee. :D
This breakfast is really simple, but that doesn't mean that it's not the BEST FREAKING BREAKFAST EVER! Ha.
I'm seriously addicted to this. In the summer, I'd eat it with a bowl of fresh strawberries instead of the apple.

Breakfast;
PB Banana Smoothie
- 2 Tbsp. Reduced Fat PB.
- 1/2 cup of Milk.
- 1 medium sized banana
6 Almonds.
Tomorrow Breakfast;
Banana Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of Rolled oats
- 1 cup Soy milk
- 1 medium sliced Banana
1 cup. Vegetable Fruit Juice.
- French toast English muffin
- egg
- tomato
- ketchup
- cottage cheese
- peanut butter
- pear
Oh I had a banner day today. For breakfast I had
raspberry green tea
1/2 cup grapes
1/2 a large popcorn with butter
large diet coke
exactly THREE M&M
Wall-E is finally at the dollar theater and I couldn't resist taking the kids but I'm going to breakfast hell.
