This kind of breakfast keeps me going all morning.  I have it on days when I expect to have no break in the morning and a late lunch.  I never feel hungry when I eat this.

I make my own breakfast wraps for breakfast...

*1 Whole Wheat Wrap - 170 cals.
1/4 cup Egg Beaters - 30 cals.
1 Slice Canadian Bacon - 20 cals.
1 Slice Fat Free American Cheese - 25 cals.

total : 245 Calories

2 cups of coffee , black

* the wraps i usually use are smaller and only have 50 calories with 5 grams or fiber [can't think of the brand name] , but i could only find the Chi-Chi Whole Wheat wraps at the store, which are larger, and have quite a few more caloreis and not as much fiber, but they are still delicious

Same breakfast as always -- it's enough to get through my morning workout and have a large meal afterwards. Oatmeal with milk, whey protein, blueberries and flaxseed. Banana on the side.

 Now that cookie looks good!

2 eggs scrambled with spinach and asparagus (touch of pepper, garlic and fresh grated parmesan cheese for flavor) on 1 piece of whole wheat toast and an apple.

Only took about 10-15 minutes before work and it was delish.

35 grams Uncle Sam Cereal

1/2 cup bluberries

1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt

1/2 cup skim milk

15 grams mixed nuts

60/20/20 almost to a tee.

Well I had about 5 ounces of pureed pumpkin & an omega-3 enriched egg! :)

1 packet Quaker Instant Raisin & Spice oatmeal

1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese

1 orange

I don't know about all that technical carbs and protein stuff, but it sounds like a healthy breakfast to me :)

Peanut butter and bananas on whole wheat toast. It keeps me full all the way to lunch.

Oatmeal 1/2 cup

and a whole banana mashed in there.

thats it.

2 small green apples peeled and boiled in water so that they're soft and warm. And sprinkled some equal on it :)

bowl of kelloggs all bran buds w. milk added 1 scoop vanilla protein powder to mix, hard boiled egg, glass of cranberry juice.

A good ol protein packed brekky

Like usual: oatmeal with fat free milk, banana, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tbsp honey... Some mornings I add strawberries or blueberries, as I found them in the market...

2 veggie sausages - 160 cal

2 low fat waffles - 160 cal

1/4 cup sugar free syrup - 30 cal

coffee, no cream, no sugar.

I was stuffed!

Special K cereal + mixed nuts + fresh blueberries + almond milk: 338 calories

I'm doing this again!

A Ezekial english muffin, toasted. One half = PB & blueberry jam. Other half = light cream cheese + fig-almond spread.

+ a smoothie with Greens+, frozen pineapple, a few blueberries, coconut water, hemp milk & almond milk.

Total = ~500 cals.

MMMMMMM I'm actually eating breakfast right now. :) I made a smoothie with a cup of milk, a banana and half a pound of mango, along with some ice cubes to thicken it up. Delicious and only about 400 calories.
