im looking for a bit of advice.ive had this ED since 2000 now and although im now getting the help i need,im finding it very difficult to change my diet.as im mostly eating the same things(i.e muligrain bread, chicken, eggs and weetabix cereal) the weight is not going on.ive have tried eating these foods in a larger amount but there is only so much my stomach can manage.i know the answer is variety but at this moment in time im not comfortable eating high fat food!this will change in time but i need to put the weight on now.my question is"how much of these foods do i need to eat to start putting the weight on?",because at the moment its not working.my daily food diet is as follows and any suggestions would be appreciated;9.00am=4 weetabix+100mls of milk,13.00=chicken sandwiches(4 pieces of bread with no spread),17.00=1egg sandwich+1 chicken sandwich(4 pieces of bread in total with no spread)20.30=2xeggs on two pieces of toast(no spread)23.00=1 chicken sandwich(2 pieces of bread with no spread).this is my diet EVERYDAY and i never differ from this!not sure of the calorie intake but it doesn`t seem to be enough.thanks for any feedback!
