Breaks in a workout
Do i still burn the same amount of calories if i take a 10 minute break between two 30 minute workout sessions, as opposed to going on for a full hour?

You probably burn more because you are extending the time your heart rate is elevated by 10 minutes.
Not only that, the break lets you recover from the first session, so that you can go at the second session with greater intensity than you otherwise could.
