breakthrough =]

Quote  |  Reply

Tonight I finally don't mind the number on the scale. I finally feel comfortable and happy with me. It's a great feeling, and something I won't take for granted having hated my body for a long time. I'm not upset with where I am but I could lose a few more pounds. I'm willing to enjoy life though, and take some time and have fun. I'm young and I should enjoy it.

What's your sudden breakthrough?

I'm really happy you're comfortable and happy about the person you realy are. The satisfaction and sense of relief is worth cherishing! Hope you're still feeling the way you felt when you wrote this thread. You neeeeeed to be happy! :D

wow.

That's all I can think right now...

I've struggled for years with my weight, and to be able to look at that number and be comfortable with it seems like some magical dream.  More power to ya :) and congratulations on your breakthrough.  We're all working for that moment, more than anything else I think.
