My breast have always been my best assets. I am 35 yrs old and have 4 kids and my breast have never sagged, until I started trying to lose these nagging 15 lbs. I have lost about 10 lbs over the last 6 weeks and my breast are starting to droop. Any suggestions on excercises? or a great plastic surgeon? :) (kidding)

Are you wearing supportive sports bras?
No, I didn't think about that. I will try it. Thanks
You're welcome.
I actually REALLY like the new VS sports bra. It's VERY supportive. And doesn't flatten you out or give you a UNI boob :)

More than likely that 10 lbs that you lost, 2 or 3 lbs of it was from your breasts. I was a 34G when I was 14 and had a breast reduction, I had another one when I was 19 because I was back up to a DD. That whole time I was always on the heavy side being anywhere from 145 to 160. I am now 22 and started with a 34C with my surgery when I was 19 but am now down to a 36B because I now weigh 135. Boobs are just fat too and unfortunately you can't always tell your body where to lose the fat from when you lose weight.
I would also recommend doing some chest exercises with weights such as bench press and flys. If you strengthen the muscle under our breasts, it helps make them a bit perkier as well, especially since you are not loosing an extremely large amount of weight.
Yes on the chest exercises, Do not worry about building pecs like us guys... we have a lot of testosterone to help with that. Bench presses and flys go a long ways, and go for higher rep workouts.
I am flat chested but being 47 what little I got sags LOL -- I find chest exercises to be a great lifter and also makes them look better IMHO. Do push ups if you don't have access to dumbells - these will work the arms as well as the pecs. Personally my favorite machine is the pec dec and cable crossover if you have access to a gym
Do you have to do Flys on a bench? Can I do them on the floor at home?
I hear ya. 34 and 4 kids also. After my 2nd child I was a 40D lost a ton of weight and was in a 34B bra. 2 more kids later and haven't lost the pg weight yet (4 years later) I am trying AGAIN. For me the breasts are the first thing to go!!! I had awesome full breasts 7 weeks ago and now 7 lbs lighter and my bras do not fit me anymore. I don't see any weight loss anywhere else except in my chest, I would much rather see it come off my chin or gut, thighs anywhere but the breasts. I, myself will have to try some of these chest excersises.
sarah-you can do them on the floor. An exercise ball is great if you have that. Also if you have a fitness step that can substitute as a bench.
