breast after weight loss

Quote  |  Reply
I'm loseing weight right now and i'm at a 36DD, I can tell I'm already losing some weight in my breast. I'm scared that they are either going to fall flat, or just sag at a c cup or something.

How have any of you women who are finished losing weight dealt with breast issues. I'm only 20 years old, i dont want to look like I've breastfeed 5 kids before I even get pregneat.

I all.. I'm really worried. I weigh 115 ponds and have breast size 30DDD. i dont have back pain or any pain as such. but i look very un proportionate..  plz suggest if there is any particular exercise which can reduce my breast size. my age is 24.

Wow, ramya83, give some to me, LOL! Have you lost weight or just naturally thin? When I lost weight the small amount of boobs I had went too. : (   Sorry I have no advice on this topic because I clearly don't have your problem, but the Hef might be interested in ya! : )

Hope u r not making fun of me.. Neways i'm used to it now... N yeah I'm naturally thin..
No I'm really not making fun of you! I was just kidding, I'm sorry if I offended...
Well do you lift any weights? There's alot of nice exercises you can do to help with toning ur breast. . there's chest flys, bench press etc.. this might help you *-*
beautyquestor- let me know how that works out for you! Maybe I will try something similar- I was quite slim before and had some nice perky 34C's... then I gained some weight and I was more in the 36C range. Now that I have lost some weight, my breasts are no longer firm, they are like saggy little cones. And they are so soft! Like they are STILL only made of fat. They are around a 34B now... and push-up bras don't even do what they used to do for me. I don't like it. I think I will be visualizing my old ones and hoping that they will come back! lol

Hi,

I am pretty much in the same boat you are. I am 22 and im a 36 DD also, I only need to lose about 15lbs  and I want my breast to shrink without sagging!! Ive been doing chest exercises and always wear 2 sports bras so they dontbounce too much. I was wondering if you have an update on how this worked for you, or any other tips.

Thanks!

ZOMBIE

Now that I have reached my lowest weight ever I have gone from a large 34/36C to small D before pregnancy to a 36/38 DD post pregnancy and am now a 34C, maybe even a 34B depending on the make of the bra.

However, I am actually the same size I was 4kgs heavier when hubby and I met 11 years ago. They look the same, a little lower on the chest, but still stand up okay.  Pregnancy however, has meant the fullness/volume/weight has gone and they are now little floppys. It's nothing a decent bra can't solve, but it is a different matter for hubby, who doesn't like that they don't feel firm anymore.

Stuff what he thinks though, I would rather they got smaller with the rest of my body to be in proportion, especially seeing as without the fullness, bigger breasts would LOOK saggy aswell as FEEL saggy! I actually like the idea that my breasts are no longer a focal point for men to ogle, instead of looking at my face when they talk to me. I'm also enjoying wearing low tops without looking tarty and not having to pull my bra down at the back all the time because of the weight that breasts can generate!

Also, just to clear one of the biggest myths out there concerning babies and boobies. It is not breastfeeding that makes your breasts saggy. Whether you bf or not is irrelevant. The saggy breast arrises from pregnancy, when all the breast/fatty tissue moves out to make way for milk production. Unfortunately, you can't be sure that once the milk stops, the tissue will all move back in in quite the same way! Comes down to genes, good luck, and good maternity bras!

When I was at my heaviest ever at around 150 lbs, I was about 16 years old and was 36F UK.

At one of my skinny phases at 118 lbs, I was about 34D.

Right now, at around 128 lbs, I am a 34E.

I guess weight really affects boobs but I think it's all predetermined by how your body carries the weight. I am naturally an hour glass regardless of what my weight is, I am pretty much lucky! You SHOULD never have to worry about your boob size. Do some strength training for your arms and chest and if you're meant to be big-chested, you will maintain it. Don't worry too much! Just work out and it'll be fine.
