A yummy, low-carb side dish!
| 3 | cups broccoli |
| 3 | cups cauliflower |
| 1 | cup spinach, raw |
| 1 | cup cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 | cup fat free sour cream |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 1 | can Cream of Broccoli soup |
- Cut and steam broccoli and cauliflower until partially cooked.
- Stir together steamed broccoli, cauliflower and all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
