Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole Recipe

A yummy, low-carb side dish!

Ingredients
3 cups broccoli
3 cups cauliflower
1 cup spinach, raw
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup skim milk
1 can Cream of Broccoli soup
Directions
  1. Cut and steam broccoli and cauliflower until partially cooked.

  2. Stir together steamed broccoli, cauliflower and all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
