Bacon chips, Broccoli, Cauliflower, carrots, onion, raisins, Sweet & Sour Mayo dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli/ Cauliflower Salad

4 oz bacon, natural, 1/2" pcs, fried crisp
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
16 oz broccoli, florets, cut up
20 oz cauliflower, florets, cut up
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, roasted & salted
3 oz carrots, shredded
1/3 cup onion, minced
100 g. raisins

Recipe Directions for Broccoli/ Cauliflower Salad

  1. Cut up 1# Natural Bacon, fry crisp, drain on paper towels.

  2. Blend dressing together: Mayo, sugar, vinegar

  3. Add shredded carrots, onion, sunflower seeds.

  4. Break up raisins and stir in.

  5. Pour over Broccoli & Cauliflower. Toss well.

  6. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
