Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Cheese Scrambled Eggs

1 egg
2 egg whites
1 cup broccoli
1 oz mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Cheese Scrambled Eggs

  1. Spray pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium heat.

  2. Place broccoli in pan and cook until tender.

  3. Crack 1 whole egg and separate 2 egg whites into a bowl and whisk.

  4. Add eggs to broccoli and cook until done.

  5. Top with cheese.

  6. Cover until cheese is melted
