- Spray pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium heat.
- Place broccoli in pan and cook until tender.
- Crack 1 whole egg and separate 2 egg whites into a bowl and whisk.
- Add eggs to broccoli and cook until done.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover until cheese is melted
