Broccoli Quiche Recipe

Loaded with Vitamin C and Calcium!

Ingredients
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & well drained
8 oz. cheddar, shredded
2 oz. chopped onion
6 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. salt
1 dash pepper
Directions
  1. Spray a 10" glass pie plate. Put the broccoli, onion and cheese in the

  2. bottom of the plate.

  3. Beat the eggs, then whisk in the cream, salt and

  4. pepper. Pour evenly over the cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45

  6. minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes 6

  7. servings (5 carbs each)
