broccoli, rice, celery, onion and cheese. very creamy. not the healthiest of side dishes, but this is a comfort food for my family.
| 2 | cup rice |
| 1 | cup frozen broccoli, cooked |
| 2 | cup cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | cup onion, minced |
| 1 | cup celery, minced |
| 6 | tablespoons butter |
| 8 | ounce cheez whiz |
- Saute onion and celery in butter over medium heat until soft and opaque. Mix cooked rice, broccoli and onion/celery mixture together. Combine soups and cheese to mixture.
- Spray 9 x 13 with cooking spray of your choice. (I use Smart Balance). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
