Chicken stuffed with broccoli and cheese
| 3/4 | lb Chicken Breasts |
| 1 | cup Bread Crumbs |
| 1 | cup Broccoli Florets |
| 1 | cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 | tsp Salt |
| 1 | tsp Pepper |
| 2 | tsp Garlic Powder |
Pound 4 boneless chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch. Salt and Pepper to taste. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Place broccoli florets (chopped to small pieces) onto chicken breast. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Roll each breast around the broccoli and cheese and secure rolled breast with a toothpick. Roll individual breasts in bread crumbs or original shake n' bake. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
