| 3 | oz Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids |
| 1 | cup Broccoli |
| 2 | tbsp. cheese |
| 1 | tsp. salt |
Boil the prozen broccoli florets. When they have unthawed and started to cook drain the water and throw the cheese in. After the cheese has melted a bit stir in the can of tuna. Add salt to taste.
