Weight Loss

So I did what everyone said and ate more calories...friday I was bad cuz I got a BIG promotion at work (yay me) and we went to Chilis to celebrate so I completely blew that day...I figured oh well it happens and I will be good again after I leave here (chilis). I have been good since. I know I had alot of salt which is probably why I am 2.5 pounds cuz I am retaining water. SO my question is. do you think my plateau may be broken cuz I did gain (not that it is a good thing)? I kinda threw my body out of its normal pattern so maybe now I can start losing again? I guess I am just trying to find the good in this yucky weight gain! ANYONE?

No, I don't think it's necessarily broken yet. Wait until the salt's gone and see if that broke the plateau.
oh....thats bad news...how long will this salt thing last? I know I had way to much...I dont usually eat salt at all...I am trying not to be dissappointed in myself for the way I ate, but it isnt really working. I just keep saying it was 1 stinkin day! Thats all, its not like I gained back all I have lost and quit! 1 day...
It's most likely sodium...Drink alot of water and exercise, and tomorrow, you should see results.
Your probably did break the plateau. I did something similar to you and broke mine, I only hope you did.
&Congrats on the promotion
