Hey everybody,

Former 250+ lb'er here just wanting to share a little bit of success to hopefully keep y'all motivated!


CHECK OUT THE SCALE THIS MORNING!

Name: Justin

Age: 20

Height: 6'0

Starting weight: 255 lbs (August 2007)

Starting BMI: 34.6 (severely overweight)

Starting blood pressure: 170/90 (hypertension)

Current weight: 169 lbs (January 2009)

Current BMI: 22.9 (healthy weight)

Current blood pressure: 121/68 (normal)

It's unbelievable how much this simple, tried and true method for weight loss actually works given time and religious dedication.

For those of us who have really struggled {or still are struggling, like me} this is DEFINITELY inspiring to hear!

Very Excellent. Thanks for sharing and the motivation. I'm a 6', 281 lber just starting and currently at 272. I want to be at 181 by Dec 21. Foot in mouth
