Brrrr... I'm hungrier when it's cold. any lunch ideas?

Now that it's so chilly, my typical lunchtime salad isn't doing it for me. Any good ideas for warm, filling, but low calorie lunches? I work at home so could prepare food, just out of ideas, except for vegetable soup and stir-fried veggetables... ?

Try low sodium soups.
Throw in TONS of celery, carrots, cucumbers if you like em, etc,. Lean chicken and whole wheat pasta in there as well for variety.
Just remember to keep the sodium on the low side and you should have a low calorie, warm, delicious meal :)

There's also always taking your normal everyday sandwhich and toasting it to make it warm.

I like grilled cheese sandwhiches with tuna, and a bunch of fresh veggies on the side. Use that smart balance butter for grilling the bread, low fat cheese slices/veggie cheese slice and low fat tuna... YUM.

Try making some chili with no beans or tomato soup from scratch or low sodium.
Today im eating a stir fry (yellow squash, cabbage, red, mung been sprouts, white and green onion, garlic, red and yellow bell pepper, garlic, tofu and sezchuan chili sauce) over brown rice.  I also make homemade broccoli soup (just broccoli, water, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and 1 oz fat free feta on top), baked potato with steamed veggies and hot sauce or fat free feta, baked sweet potato or butternut/acorn squash with cinnamon, nutmeg and some equal or brown sugar, homemade turkey chili made with lean ground turkey breast, zucchini, onion, red and green bell pepper, garlic, tomatoes and kidney beans (i also make this with cactus instead of turkey) and brown rice, whole wheat pasta with trader joes basil marinera sauce (with sqash, basil, red onion, green and red bell pepper and two trader joes frozen turkey meatballs added), a meatless hamburger (boca, garden, trader joes veggie masala) on an english muffin with red onion, spinach and tomato.

mmmm. lots of good ideas already... thanks!
I like to saute green bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, red bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, yellow onion, and 2 jalapenos all using extra virgin olive oil and put it into a LaTortilla Whole Wheat Wrap.  It runs anywhere from 300 to 400 calories depending on how much you want to eat.  There is usually enough for two days and it is a nice warm and healthy meal for lunch.  It is also very filling because the Wraps have 14g of fiber in one wrap at only 80 calories per wrap.
i ate a turkey and cheese sandwich on rye bread with melted cheese all u do is put it in the microwave for 2 minutes! It tasted just like a grilled cheese but without the butter!!! U can also toast the bread too i may do that next time :P
