Do you brush your teeth at work?
When you're at work, do you keep a tooth brush and some dental floss handy or do you leave it for when you get home? Even if you eat pure garlic and onions for lunch?
It took a while for my co-workers to get used to my Hello Kitty tooth brush. I guess it's not a common thing?
Yes, definitely. It beats having coffee breath!
I know I want to vomit after walking into the bathroom at work and smelling bad breath and toothpaste. Ew.
No I just keep a piece of minty gum in my mouth at all times.
Nah, minty gum and I drink loads of water.
I use gum too. One chick in my building is like obsessed with brushing her teeth - does it multiple times per day. I go to the bathroom 3-4 times while at work, I seem to see her in there brushing at least two times daily. I bet she's in there a lot more. She's just strange... Aside from her I don't know anyone else who does it - probably because they go on once quickly ![]()
i brush my teeth all the time. i try to do it after every meal and after snacking if i feel many people arnt around to notice. even sometimes when i just feel like its a good time to do so. it makes me feel good. haha.
hello kitty ftw!
Only if I forget before leaving the house. I don't really care about lunch breath since everyone else at my job doesn't seem to care about their bad breath. I figure, maybe it will keep a couple less people from talking to me.
I think there's such thing as brushing too often. Just like how brushing too vigorously can damage the enamel (especially if you use whitening toothpaste, can cause teeth sensitivity) and recede gums.
Me, too, (on the rare day I actually go in) but the cerebrally challenged folks with bad breath don't understand why. :)
I have on occasion brought a toothbrush to work, but I don't do it regularly. I drink lots of water and try to eat apples or carrots as the last part of my lunch...cleans teeth pretty well. Then I chew sugar free gum.
I do keep dental floss and a toothbrush for an emergency, but do not use it on a regular basis. I am a compulsive gum chewer though, so that protects my teeth in between meals.
I can't think of a more disgusting place to brush your teeth than in a public restroom, that's why I avoid it.
There's plenty of people at my office that do it. I still think it is icky, but I hate using public restrooms at ALL.
No.
If I eat garlic and onions for lunch I swallow some breath mints or chew some gum.
I don't drink coffee. Coffee breath is gross.
I keep a toothbrush and toothpaste in my desk drawer. I have gum for my breath if necessary, but your teeth feel sooo much better when you brush them. My dentist said that it was great that I took the extra effort to brush my teeth after lunch. Oh and I am a bit obsessive when it comes to flossing too. So, I think it is perfectly normal! Plus, I have a co-worker with exceptionally bad breath. I mean his entire office reeks of his horrid breath and you are lucky if you can bear more than a minute in there. He is extra incentive to brush your teeth as often as possible, because no one wants to smell as bad as him!
