2 leeks
4 tomatoes
6 Carrots
4 cups brussel sprouts
1 liter vegetable juice
1 liter chicken broth cubes - prepared with water

Recipe Directions for Brussel Sprout soup

  1. roast the leeks, tomatoes, carrots

  2. add to soup pot

  3. add package of brussel sprouts

  4. add bouillon, juice and water

  5. bring to boil

  6. remove from heat

  7. when cooled, puree soup
