Wow! Looks nice!  Are you staying at the hotel too?

I would get the tuna tartare with avocado and grapefruit to start and sea bream with tamarind sauce as my main.  Those are dream dishes for me.  Sea bream is a deliciously flavourful small white fish - like European sea bass (not chilean).  Its my favourite.  Tamarind (in case you've never had it) is kind of sweet-tart, but it has a dried fruit (like dates, maybe) flavour to it as well.

thanks but still curious if anyone has an experience with this chain.  i hear the food is awesome, but my friends say it was so dark they could not even see thier food that would bother me!

Damn I felt like a kid in a candy store looking at that menu. Ha ha.

For appetizers I would either go with Green Papaya Thai Salad (I had it in Thailand and it was delicious!), or Miso Soup.

For main course either the seared sesame tuna with mushroom salad or roasted black cod with miso or vizu sauce. Although I could just go straight for the sushi bar if I heard the chef is good and fish is top quality.
