Last week's gain has come off, but just barely, I had to really convince the scale to say 241 this morning! This week, I will achieve a true loss. So it has been written, so it will be done ;)

Even though it's a loss, I've been hovering in various stages of 220 for a few days now, and all I want it to see 219, just to get out of the 20s.  I have a short-term goal of 215, which I'm rewarding myself with a new haircut, and damnit, I REALLY want that haircut!

I am quite bitter about this really, I had a slightly higher calorie week but compensated with extra exercise, my maintenance level is like 2500 with that much exercise and I averaged under 2000 per day, so should have seen a loss of 1 lb. Rediculous. Hoping I can blame the period-bloat.

So frustrating.  I didn't go up but I didn't go down either!  I am exercising and eating is better than it was, so why won't the weight go away????? 

Yipes.  I did way too much birthday celebrating last week.  I ate out about 4-5 times this last week alone.  Dang it.  These are my sad sad results.

Justsmileandnod- Your weight loss may be going slower than you hoped but it's still going down.  That's good.

Can I get a HELL YEAH?!! I guess last week's up really was just pms bloat, and now that it's over AND I worked hard to average 1900 with my calories, I have finally FINALLY pushed through the 240 barrier and and am in the 230's, yay yay yay! Whew that was the longest, harderst 10 lbs EVER. We're talking 8 months, folks. I know it's just an arbitrary number, but I feel like now that I made it into the 230's that things will go a bit more smoothly now, well as long as I stick to my calorie target! It works, it really works! This week's average so far is 1800, so far so good :)

HELL YEAH!  You go Victoriagirl!  I am very happy for you.  You are now over 100lbs dropped.  That is absolutely fantastic!

Back below 250 (just barely).  Now if I can just get down to 245.  I'll feel better because I'll have a 5 lb cushion.

I will feel better when I have a 5 lb cushion too. But for now, 238 feels pretty darn good!

I was on vacation last week and didn't get to weigh in.  No scales around (not that I looked that hard).  Weighed this morning and I hadn't gained anything, which is good, but I also hadn't lost any.  I will post my "official" weight on Wednesday.

Well I missed weigh-in last week, but I've been maintaining at this week since then.  I'm not surprised, considering my eating/exercising habits this week.  It could have been worse.

Arrgghh!  Why can't I stay below 250?????  I was below 250 when I got back from vacation, so I can't blame it.  Oh well, I am giong to get back into the routine and hopefully it will drop back down AGAIN.

no worries gracie, sometimes it just takes some time to stick. I've seen a number above 240 more times than I care to count, even just last week, but fortunately today it was back under to report!

In fact today is the first day all week that it's been below 240 again....I totally overdid it in yoga last week and was limping around until yesterday, pretty much, it was brutal and was likely the cause of the extra lbs due to muscle-repair water retention. I skipped yoga today, not so good but geez I just finished recovering!

justsmile and renavf, looks like you guys are on a steady course downwards, good for you! Slow and steady is the best way to go.
