Woohoo. That's what I like to see. I don't know how well my numbers will look next week, since I anticipate taking a few days off from exercise due to soreness and wanting to avoid soreness before my 5K on Saturday (wish me luck!), but I think it's really what my body needs right now.

Yeah! I'm back under 250 (just barely). I keep flirting with the 240's, but just haven't managed to develop a relationship yet. Hopefully this time it will stick. Sorry I missed posting yesterday, but the good news is that I was still at 249.6 this morning too. Two days in a row - might be the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

Here we go again. Argh! I actually got down to 248.2 over the weekend, but somehow have managed to pop back up to 252 today. Sometimes I think my scale is conspiring against me.

Grrr. I actually got down to 216.4 this week, but with a VERY overindulgent weekend and TTOM, it's just not going the way I want to right now. But I finished my 5K without walking on Saturday, so that's the silver lining!

Add me as a friend. I try to journal daily as that helps me keep accountable. This is the highest weight I've ever been and I would like to for once be comfortable with my weight/body. Not to mention shopping in the juniors section instead of the Plus size section that has ugly clothes and uses all the left over material. haha

Scale is being a bit erratic, I know it's due to too much sodium and I've been drinking lots and lots of water to counteract so I can get up to 3 lb difference after a pee. I know, crazy! So I am just not worrying about the number this week.

Sorry, I missed posting on Wednesday. But I've been fluctuating between 251 and 252 all week. My stepson is visiting and we are doing lots of eating, so next week will probably not be pretty. Oh well, maybe it will be the kick in the butt I need to get back on track.

Getting nowhere fast! I am ramping it up again this week, the last two weeks were a bit lax, food wise, though there was plenty of exercise to create a decent deficit...seems my body does not care about exercise when it comes to weight loss. Hmph.

Forgot to post, but could have just put ditto. Victoriagirl, I am having the same issues. Not doing great with the food (but not awful either), but I am kicking butt on the exercise and it doesn't seem to matter. Yesterday, I rode my exercise bike for an hour in the morning for 20 miles - might not be as fast as some, but I sure worked up a sweat. Then yesterday afternoon, I walked for 3 miles in 45 minutes (in 95 degree heat I might add, so I certainly worked up a sweat). And this morning, after being 251.6 on Thursday, I was back to 252.2. WTF!!!

Finally dropped below 250 again. Have been at 248.2 for 3 days now, so maybe I won't jump back up again. Now to work on heading down.
