iknowmychicken, I missed you!! Glad to see you back. THe scale will move soon I am sure! And in the meantime, you know you are doing so great, so no worries :). I am losing painfully slowly right now, at this rate I will never make my 8 lb monthly goal...but oh well. It is what it is.

No movement. Which is to be expected after the long weekend of no counting and one day where I did count and it came to slightly OVER maintenance, so yeeeaahhh no movement is good. And I am lucky it's not higher, with all the sodiumy road snacks I ate!

Only down 0.75 lb this week. Which is odd seeing as the lowest I've lost weekly since July 13 was 1.5. I'm a sad panda today and intend to kick my behind into even higher gear and add to my workouts. Sheesh, I already workout between 1.5 to 2 hours per day and I walk for 25 minutes on my only day off. I'm not sure what happened aside from maybe PMS or my birthday. I hate leftover pizza, cake, and icecream! :(
momof2kd, there is NOTHING wrong with losing .75, that's great!!
And...this is not a race...think of it this way, the weeks that you lose a little less are the weeks that your body get a little extra time to catch up! You will avoid plateaus, have less issues with loose skin, and not have to worry about developing gall bladder problems from losing too fast.
It sounds like you are working really hard. Be proud. No sad panda! Proud panda!

jpoage, you are going like stink! Amazing progress. Pretty soon you will pass me. I am snailing along, well maybe turtling along! My two-lb loss this week is pretty much the only movement I made all month! Sokay though, I am being dilligent with calorie levels and exercise, so it is what it is.

I lose weight really quickly - I've just never been able to keep it off. I've always slid right back into the old bad habits. This time is so different though - my head is in it now.

Major milestone hit...I am not only below 250, now closer to 200 than 300...I am also halfway to my original goal weight. Yay!
Actually though...the 248 is from my Monday weigh-in. I refuse to report the abomination i saw on the scale today. REFUSE. So we will just go with 248 and hope it comes back by next week!

Bah. Last week's 248 is long gone. Better come back soon! I had a rather small deficit last week, but it was still a deficit after all, so should not have caused a gain. So. We'll see what happens this week, I will try to take it easy on the sodium!
I am disappointed because it was a milestone, and got taken back, but my bf says the real milestone is breaking through the 250 barrier, and even if it is temporarily back over, I still broke through, and soon it will be back to stay.
