Hey! I am 5'9 133ish 21 years old, college student ... and I would like to lost 5-10 lbs and I'm looking for a buddy to keep me motivated. Hi, I am old (lol). I keep forgetting that I AM really old. I am 44, 4'10", 143 lbs, goal weight is 120 lbs, have 2 kids (11 & 9). I hope this doesn't affect anything.

How are you managing on a 1000 cal program? You're not hungry? I've been trying to stick to a 1200 (most days it's up). I ate a salad at lunch today but I also put in homemade breaded chicken breasts that I had in the freezer. I have a thick skull. When I knew that I was breading the chicken and frying it in oil, that it wasn't a good healthy choice, but it was something that I have always done. I need to change my mentality of food.
