Recipe Ingredients for buffalo chicken feathers

1/4 cup Louisisna Red Hot Sauce
8 ounce Butter Buds
2 1/2 pounds chicken breast
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup fat free chicken broth

Recipe Directions for buffalo chicken feathers

Combine hot sauce, buds and chicken tenders. Let marinate overnight. Combine flour and onion powder in zip lock bag. Add chicken and shake until coated. Spray roasting rack with cooking spray. Place rack on roasting pan and chicken on rack. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until brown, then turn over and do the same on other side.
