Builder Bars... yet another Clif variety
Anyone else like them? I'm wondering how much of that protien is actually assimilated into the body. It seems like so much. Most other bars have like 4-5 grams.

The best, THE best bar is the Pure Protein bars. I'm not an advocate of the food bars unless they are oats, little sugars and not candy coated. Kashi would be an example. But I'm trying to up, up up the protein and these are in the 18- 19-g protein, little sugar at all and from 4- 5-g fat. Freekin' delicious. I've had most flavors except the peanut butter, or ones w peanuts. One is called smores which is probably the lowest in fat and highest in protein. Typically, I'd find that too much fat, but when you're going hi protein the fat isn't as much a problem (well it is, but you know what I mean?).
