CANADIANS!!
Yesterday I just discovered the amazingness of Bulk Barn. When you do things, you do them to the tenth degree - ie. hockey (go Sabres though! 
) and Tim Hortons! Anyways, my brother's friend introduced it to him, and then he introduced it to me. I went to the one in the St. Catharines New Fairview Mall and was in awe of all of the bulk products, we don't have anything like that on our side of the border (I'm from around the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area in New York). Seriously amazing prices though. I got a little container of cashew butter and a bbq chex mix type deal for like 4 bucks, or loonies I should say! :) I do have one question though. Why does the mall close so early at 5pm on Saturday? Are there other Bulk Barns close to the border that are open later?
Bulk barns in SW Ontario. There is one in Niagara Falls.
Yes they are great, I have been shopping there for a long time.
Wow we actually have something you Americans don't!? lol The BB is great, I get a huge bag of soy nuts for under $5.00, and they are also the only place in Canada I can find that sells Glenny Spud Delites and Soy Crisps!
Most malls in Canada close at around 5 or 6pm on Saturdays. But if you're here from Monday to Friday, I'm sure the mall will be open until at least 9pm =)
And yes, Bulk Barn is amazing!

Yes, BB is WONDERFUL. I get a lot of my baking supplies from there.
There is also another BB near the Pen Centre, which is easy to get to from the Glendale Ave exit... take the 405 and QEQ or just QEW from the border (not sure which bridge you come across), exit at Glendale, turn left off of the off ramp, continue following this road over the canal (you'll go through umpteen lights) and BB is in a plaza on your left across the street from the mall... and I think that one is open until 9?

I've lived in Canada all my life (Newfoundland & Alberta) & the malls are always open until at least 9 on Saturday nights. They close around 5 on Sundays though.
PS: Love Bulk Barn. We don't have one in Calgary though :(
