Are you trying to be funny or something?  I am pretty sure you are making fun of this woman, and I find your cruel, immature sense of humor disturbing especially considering most of the people on this site are trying to to lose weight. There are some people who are that size on here that would find this offensive as I do. Looking at your profile, I see you are one of those people on here who are 105 lbs and still trying to lose, which that in itself is sickening and you should seek help for that, not get on here and post "funny" pictures of severely overweight people, trying to get some laughs.

Also, don't give me any BS either saying you were just trying to show that this woman is like this on purpose. Your title 'Does my bum look big in this' makes it clear that you think you're some kind of a comedian. GROW UP.

 dude, chill out. all she was doing was referring us to an amusing article.. and I'm sure AMUSEMENT was the purpose of the article in the first place.

OP: I'm amazed at her confidence but I can't see her staying "healthy" for long. She is literally aiming to be as wide as she is tall.

I agree that there's no need to get overly touchy about this article. I'm sure people wouldn't find calling her bum 'big' offensive--I know we're all about being PC but sometimes you have to call a spade a spade! If your behind is 5 feet wide (which, like alexandrapaige, is almost as wide as I am tall--I'm 5'2), then that's a big butt!

I do hope this lady gets some kind of psychiatric help. She's going to eat herself in an early grave. She wants to GAIN 2st (so another 24 pounds) on her butt?? Geez!

Considering that there are probably some people on this site who are close to this woman's size or ARE this size and not "on purpose" who may run across this and I am sure will be offended by a slew of 100-125 lb chicks thinking someone 'THAT BIG' is hilarious 'That's a big butt' 'Her ass is as big as I am tall' and all your other comments. I am sorry but also considering that this is a weight loss site, that yes there should be some sensitivity to people's feelings regarding weight. So, FUNNY FAT PEOPLE should not be jokes that are posted on this site, which of course you can post whatever you wish to an extent, but along with everyone so far thinking that it's funny, I commented with my opinion. i agree i dont think the poster was trying to be offensive- sure there are people that weight on here- but they are on here to lose not gain, which isnt the case of this woman who weighs in already at 392lbs and whose butt weighs in at 210lbs by itself im sure not many would be as offended as you. about a woman whose sole purpose is to gain weight to make money.

You are missing my point entirely.

Some people on this site ARE that weight, and you are laughing about how big and wide she is? Which I knew the second I saw the post that most of the reactions would be coming from people like you who think someone that large is funny. If you ever knew what it was to actually be overweight let alone severely overweight ( I'm not talking whining and crying over a 3lb gain), you wouldn't think 'how wide someone is' as humorous, but I guess YOU wouldn't get it would you.

why wouldn't i get it? why do you think i'm on this site? i have 40 pounds to lose. maybe that's not as much as some, but it is still a considerable amount. i know what it's like to be overweight. and when you're my height, every. single. excess. pound. is glaringly visible. there is no comfortable range of weight; you're either fat or you're not.

this woman's goal is to gain another 24 pounds in her butt. i think that's funny. sad and really unhealthy, but still funny. i have no sympathy for people like this; her goal is to be a novelty ass. a freak who's only real appeal is her colossal size. maybe she has no health problems now, but how long will it stay that way?

the people on this site, her size or not, are all here to better themselves physically. that in and of itself makes them anything but comparable to this... person.

In my opinion, the comedic value is totally not in this lady's weight--it's in the complete and utter disconnect she has between her little fantasy porn world and the health-conscious reality. She is gorging herself to make her body sexier to random guys who pay her to get off on photos of the body she created by INTENTIONALLY binging. [On mayonnaise, apparently.]

my apologies, i worded that wrong. i came here needing to lose 40 from my starting weight. i am not looking to weigh 82 pounds. my goal and how i plan on getting their is actually very healthy. and yes, i feel like i will be much better physically (more attractive, physically fit, etc) once i lose the weight. and i can assure you that my struggle is as valid as anyones.

Wow, bigmommah. I'm sorry, but the whole "lack of social collateral" thing is a bit absurd. I don't respond differently on the internet than I do in "real life", because people on the internet are still people. However, the woman in the article is obviously PROUD of her purposely inflicted large butt. I somehow doubt the people on this site (in general) that are that size purposely, with intent,  became that size.

If it's a joke, who cares? If it's not a joke, who cares? Are we so PC that we can't talk about the fact that this woman has a HUGE BUTT? Can you deny it? Would you?

I'm all for being polite and respectful, which is why I don't say stuff like "Oh my god, her butt is so huge it makes me want to throw up". Again, there's a big difference between what people have said thus far and the example that I've just given.

Okay, I don't think this thread was intended to be a joke. There is nothing funny here at all, and absolutely nothing to be proud of. And I don't think she's proud - she's just saying that to justify what she's done to herself. The men that pay for these pictures don't actually find this attractive, but do it for amusement, and she knows it. It's just way too easy to eat crap all day, and then say "look what I've done - I like being this size".

And I don't see why anyone would get offended. If anyone on here looks anything like this woman, they are actually doing something about it, so there's no reason to worry. But this woman is just saying "screw it - i'll take the easy way out"

I'm not sure if you were trying to be rude, the title just seemed to be making fun of her.

I feel horrible because I did laugh a little. :( That was mean of me.
But I was hungry for chocolate and I kinda lost my appetite. :(
