So, correct me if I'm wrong: you are supposed to eat as much for breakfast as you have burned since midnight?
When I get to work at 8am, my burn meter is already at like, 687 calories or something. Am I really supposed to eat a 687 calorie breakfast every day? I don't even know what I could eat to get me to that point!
Katie,
I pretty much ignore what my burn meter says its at currently. You don't have to eat what it says, you eat what you can fit into your reccommended calorie intake (calorie meter). If you are trying to lose weight you should eat about 500 calories less than the number on the top of your burn meter - this number only changes when you add in exercise, its your total burn for the day. Make sense?
I pretty much just have breafast and just monitor calories like I would for the rest of the day. My goal is more to keep within my daily limit.
thanks guys! the burn meter seems to be the thing that confuses most people on here.
