Burn Meter & Eat Meter History

Quote  |  Reply

Is there a place where I can see historical info on my burn and eat meters?  I can't find it, but I'm a newbie and want to see how I did yesterday.  Thanks.

I'd like to know this as well.  I want to see how many calories I burned with certain exercises during past days so that I know if I need to step it up, or add new exercises in the future.

Thanks!

I'd like to throw my vote in there for this one as well.  In fact, the tool that I would find really helpful would be a downloadable spreadsheet (in excel or comma delimited would be best) that had all of the nutrition information that I entered for each day and then the estimated calories burned.  Then I could slice and dice the info the way I want to see it to help tweak my exercise and eating in order to reach my weight and fitness goals.

If you go into My account, then logs you can look at your food log and activity logs and at the bottom go to display reports and put in the dates you want to look at.

But to save time I put everything down in my journal.  Just copy and paste it, then I can see what cals I burnt, ate and my deficits.

But that just gives you food and activity.  It doesn't give you the actual calories burned estimate, right?

Thanks for this feedback - we are currently looking at ways to improve the analysis and will be thinking about how we can incorporate the daily net caloric balance, including calories burned into the analysis.
