HI all,
I am new here ( about a week) I have beendoing well loggin in activities & food. I used the help feature but do not really understand the burn meter.
Anyone care to explain it to me?
What does the burn estaimate mean? It is higher than the burn meter.... I guesss I just don't get it... any help is appreciated!

As long as you are burning more calories than you eat, you should lose weight.
Hope that answers your question
