If I set my burn meter to say "moderate exercise" is this still my BMR or is it calculating in the exercise that I've done? For example, sedentary is -1710, and I do -500 in exercising... If I set the meter to moderate and it says -2300, then do I include an additional -500?

Sorry if that seems obvious to you guys. I haven't been able to find an answer on the site for this.

If you have chosen moderate activity level don't add in your work outs.  If you prefer to add in your work outs put your level at sedentary then add in your activity calorie burn.  I have my level at moderate and on the one day per week I don't exercise I subtract the calories I have not burned and eat that amount less. I probably do the opposite of most!  Hope this helped a little.
