burn meter ?
when you can look at the burn meter at any given time of the day and it estimates how many cals you've burned so far, at the end of 24 hours (1 day) does it get to the "target" cals number that you're supposed to eat (if you are at a maintaing cals level) and can you go back to a previous day and look at the final tally of consumed cals and burned cals, or can you only look at the current days tally?
The burn meter (the blue box) just shows a pro-rata amount of calories based on what time of day it is. If your total energy needs are 2000 it will show 1000 at 12:00 and 1500 and 18:00. By midnight it will read 2000. It's not very realistic, just a rough idea.
You can look at your activity log or food log from previous days but you can't see how much energy you used in total.
How come my estimated burn cal is 1880, yet my target cals are 2400? Is this because my ht is 5'5 wt 110, and this is for wt gain?
