I am new to Calorie Count Plus and I'm a bit confused about the numbers that show in my "Burn Meter." Can someone explain this to me? I've looked around on the website but I don't see an explanation of how to interpret this. Thanks!![]()

i've only been on CC for a few weeks and had the same question a while back. i found the answer in another forum but i think the gyst is this:
the top number is the number of calories you're estimated to burn in one day if you just lay on the bed an do nothing...or something like that
the bottom number is how many calories approximately you've burned so far in that day ...again if you've done nothing but lay on the bed.
then you add to your activity log whatever you've done that day and it changes each number to reflect more accurate numbers based on what you've done (like working out, cleaning, driving, shopping, etc.).
Hope that helps. Someone clarify if I'm off-base. :)
