Burn Meter??

Can anyone explain what the two numbers in the burn meter are? Every time I update with an activity both numbers change!

My understanding is that the top number is the total estimated number of calories your body will burn for the day. The number underneath it is the number of calories you have burned already which includes the calories burned with your additional exercise for the day.

They both change when you add an excercise because your daily calories start off assuming that you will not do any additional exercise and only predicts what you would burn doing nothing for the day. Hope this helps:)

Thanks for the response! That makes sense.
