Burn Meter Log

Is there a way to view old burn meters? I'd like to calculate my deficit of calories for the week.

There is no way to retrieve old burn meters. It would be a nice addition. 

Many post their burn meter numbers or their daily deficit in their journals.  I track mine on an excel spreadsheet

I asked this very same question a few weeks ago. Now I record my daily deficits in an agenda.

I am new to CC+ and I would like more info on the burn meter as well. I understand how to enter my activities- What I don't understand is the total estimate number and the calories burned number. Where do these numbers come from? Evrytime I look the number keeps rising but I have only eneted 2 activities. I have read over the "help" answer and It doesn't make it any clearer. Any help would be appreciated.
