Burn Meter Question - not enough calories consumed yet
Hi - I'm not hungry either!!!!!! I am new to the site today so the burn metre is also confusing for me. Today is my first day counting calories, but I've been changing my eating for over a fortnight now. I've been eating a lot of fruit, vegetables and fish each day. I think the other big thing is that I am drinking twice as much as I normally do. For the last week, I've been making up a jar of iced tea with a dash of diet cordial.
I think that if you are not really hungry then you shouldn't eat. But every thing that I have read suggests you should have 5 - 6 small meals per day.
I admit that I have also been using a low GI diet shake twice a day. This has been really helpful as one of my biggest problems has been that I can't control my portion sizes! After a few weeks, I will cut this down to one a day.
