Hi
If i am trying to gain weight, must my calorie intake be higher than my burn meter? I think this is a fairly obvious question of yes, but i am not 100% sure so i would rather find out. I am really wanting to gain weight and be the right weight and size for my age and height.Apparently according to this program, i must have 1700 calories per day. Easy enough:) ( obviously keeping it healthy)
Any help?

Yes, in order to bulk up and gain wait you must have a surplus of calories as opposed to a deficit.
