Burn Meter, Working Out Alot, and Calorie Intake, Help Please!

Quote  |  Reply

Ok so I work out ALOT. But only because I truly enjoy it. Usually anywhere from An hour to two and a half daily. Most of it being Cardio. Today I burned 1200 calories between Elliptical, Weight Training, Bike and Zumba. (Zumba Days are very high burn days, usually I burn around 7-900 calories a day). Usually I Eat between 1600 and 1700 Calories a day with a Burn of around 2800. My question is, if I am eating only when I am hungry (and certainly not starving myself) is it ok for me to have a deficit of more than 1000 daily? Like around 1200-1500 depending on the day? For Instance, today my burn meter says 3400 and I will probably consume around 1900 (im a little more hungry today than usual). Therefore making my deficit of 1500 for today. Is this ok? Or will I cause my body to go into starvation mode. I really enjoy my work out schedule and would like to stick with it. Any and all advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!
