burn 100 in 10 minutes
The amount calories you burn also depends on your height and your weight - mind sharing first? :)
Well, you'd need a warm up and cool down to avoid injury. But if you rode a bike at 12+ mph for 10 min, that should be about 100 calories.

anyone have an ideas on exercises that can burn 100 in 10 minutes?
if you CAN do it....jumping rope will do it. jumping jacks will as well....most people can't last beyond a little bit, but if they could, its a solid way to burn off 100 calories!
techincally you'd only have to do it for about 8-9 mintues to burn 100 calories. :) but you gotta do it fast.
my cardio of choice is the recumbent bike, and if I've got it set to a harder resistance, I can burn 100 in 10mins. I usually take it easier though, and burn 100 in 13-15.
i've done jump rope but it gets so hard to keep up
Running pretty fast on the elliptical can easily burn 100 calories in 10 minutes. I usually burn like 120 in 10
i am a little skeptical about how much the machines tell you that you're burning. i can do 10 min on an elliptical and not break a sweat but it tells me i am burning 10 cal/minute, it just doesnt seem right! i have heard that the machines vastly overestimate calorie burn
I can burn 100 calories running a 10min/mile pace. But i am also 5'4'' and 150!
Height and weight makes a difference.
Run stairs and/or interval sprints. Doing that for dryland training just about nearly killed me, but lo, was it ever effective.
I have a little stair stepper and I burn just more than 100 calories in 10 minutes.
It does definitely depend on how much you weigh...but I happen to burn 114 calories by dancing around the house for 10 minutes (aerobic - fairly vigorously). It is a ton of fun if you like music and dancing!
Get your heart rate up to 150 for 10 minutes and maybe that will work.
i do the little strairmaster on level 8 and then 9 the second half of the work out and i burn a lil over 100 in 10 min..
i burn 400 in 33 min

336 calories in 20 minutes. Or about 165 cal. in 10 minutes. My Rec Center has one. If you are pressed for time you can't beat this machine. I don't care how good of shape you are in. This really gets you heart pounding. And you will know you worked out. 20 minutes feels like a LONG time. Heck, 10 minutes feels like a long time.
on an elliptical or treadmill i burn about 100 every 10 minutes . . .
At 6-2, 269 I can burn about 1,000 calories per hour by riding my bicycle. That translates to approximately 167 calories every 10 minutes. Again that's based upon my height/weight/body type. Regardless, you should accomplish your desired burn rate riding 12-14 MPH on average.
yep, running at around a 10 min/mile pace should do it.
5 songs on DDR is a little less than 10 minutes. I play on difficult and expert and it averages about 20 calories per song, so that's about 100. I weigh around 120, mostly I play to maintain and because it's really fun!
elliptical can do it for u...it burns too many calories in less time..
