If I eat 1350 cals and burned off 1000+ is that to much or is it good. I don't understand the burn meter.

That's way too much ... you want to keep your calorie deficit at about 500 so either eat more or exercise less or do a little of both.

Thanks, but what do you mean by calorie deficit.

The calorie deficit is the difference between the number of calories you eat and the number of calories you burn. For example, if you eat 1500 calories and burn 2000 you would have a 500 calorie deficit. A daily calorie deficit of 500 in theory would mean a weight loss of 1 pound per week.
