How much am I burning on days when I don't exercise?

I'm not fully sure how this works. The calculator says my maitenance is 1840 when sedentary, but if I'm working out for 1.5-2 hours 5-6 days a week, wouldn't my burn be at least a little bit higher than someone who doesn't?

If you're very active then your sedentary burn is a lot higher than someone who is genuinely immoble.  So you need a good, steady intake.   For that reason take a reasonable average of how active you are most days and eat the same way all week... don't eat lots less on days when you don't work out.

I had this question a long time ago... the best way to do it is to set your account to sedentary, and just log in your activity on the days you do work out.  This will automatically calculate how much you can eat when you work out.  I hope this helps :)
