high protein low fat meal/snack thats easy to eat on the run. eats well cold or warm

Ingredients
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
4 egg whites
1/2 cup blueberries
Directions
  1. cook oatmeal according to package directions

  2. mix all ingredients until well blended

  3. spray a nonstick pan with Pam(or equivalent) cook on medium heat until brown on both sides
