OK, I need some help with my butt. I've read through pages of the forum and can't find anything specific to my issue. My hubby liked booties and I want him to like mine. I need major help.
I am 5'6", 135. I know you can't spot reduce, but the weight just doesn't seem to be coming off my butt, hips and thighs. I need so HOME exercises I can do, preferably that don't take a long time. I don't mind doing them twice a day. I have exercises I have been doing, pretty much just the basic ones every butt exercise forum lists, but it's not working for me.
My problems are:
Wide Butt
Flabby Butt
Saddle Bags
Saggy Butt
Bulge of fat right under my butt where my butt and thigh meet
Right now, I am doing the following exercises (have been for about 6-8 weeks. I do about 30 reps each leg, 2 times a day), but am not pleased with the results:
Standing Side Leg Lifts- (Still have flabby saddle bags)
Standing Leg Extensions to the back- (Back of my thigh is firmer and notice it more defined in the mirror, but the area right above it is still bulgy and fatty)
Standing Leg Extensions Front and Cross Over- (to work my inner thighs, all though it is still so jiggly)
Lunges and Squats- (I NEVER feel this in my butt though. Only front of my thighs which are firmer now and are almost bulky. I don't want to work this area any more. I need to focus on the sides and back side)
