butt-toning exercises.
i'd really like to tone and build up my butt-muscles, but i'm not really sure how. if i were to do lunges, how many should i do a day?
and are there any other good exercises that can be done to tone that area as well?
Squats and deadlifts are both good too - use enough weight that it's difficult, but you can maintain good form, to do 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps.

this gets my butt burning - not to mention hams, quads and calves !!
I think lunges work more in the legs for me at least.
try planks too. although it works the core if you use the butt to help hold you up it will work that too.
