buttock pain
i have been experiences pain in my bum im not sure if its the bones or muscles it like a tight grinding pain and i feel very stiff. has anyone else experienced this ?
Assuming you're sedentary at the moment while you are in recovery -- that means a lot of sitting around on a rather, umm, unpadded rear?
That's the most likely origin of the kind of pain you are experiencing. If you've already covered that off with lots of extra cushions and periodically lying down (stretching out on the couch) to take the pressure off the lower pelvis and tail bone, then you could try using the odd yoga pose to stretch things out a bit:
- Lay on the floor on your back
- Pull your bent knee up towards the opposite shoulder
- Hold for between 10 and 30 seconds
