Where to buy carob flour?

Quote  |  Reply

I know you can find carob products pretty easily but does Trader Joes or any common food store carry carob flour that anyone knows of?

I don't know if you'd consider it common, but Whole Foods will definitely have carob flour.

Or if you have some local health food market with a great reputation, they usually carry those products. But if you can get to a Whole Foods, there's no doubt.

Yes definitely common around where Im from!
And they have it as flour right? Not powder (like cocoa powder), but baking/mix flour?

Thanks very much for your help :D

Went to Whole Foods, they didn't have any ):

Anyone else know where I could find it?

Have you tried a store that sells in Bulk? I've gone to the Bulk Barn and was kinda amazed on how much different stuff they have, even soy flour. My first time buying TVP was from there, never even heard of it until i saw it in the store and then googled it lol. I know where i go to has Carob chips at least.
