What do you buy from Trader Joes?
What is usually your shopping list from there? (If you shop there).
Or at Whole Foods?

Trader Joes: Fruit leather! They're tiny enough to fit into your purse when you need a little something but only have like 40 calories. They also have some decent organic wine
Whole Foods: BULK FOOD!!!
TJ: dark chocolate covered pretzels are amazing. Recently I had the corn and black bean enchiladas which were awesome too!! Their fruit is good and I got honey from there, which is great.
Trader Joe's: Hummus, Dried Fruits, Frozen Fruit, Oats, Nuts, Pasta and Grains, Chili Lime Chicken Patties, Salmon Patties, Fage Yogurt, Frozen Veggie mixes, Salsa, Roasted Veggie Lasagna, Stir-Fry Kits...
Umm, I guess I buy quite a bit from there.
almond breeze, veggies, black beans, soup stock, trex mix, cooked lentils, peanut butter, dark chocolate.
I don't buy cereal there -- I can't get my Kashi Go Lean much cheaper, and I buy steel cut oats in bulk
I am in love with Trader Joe's Pomegranate Green Tea. Yummy for the summer. I bought 3 big bottles last week :)
Also love their dried cranberries (they come in a zip bag which is awesome to take on the go) and their white cheddar shells n cheese (for when I crave pasta).

And don't leave without having had a sample.
Just went to trader's today!
Some of the must-haves: pico de gallo salsa (put on my salad), weetabix, essential flax seed bread, egg whites, turkey meat balls, garlic nann bread, frozen blueberries and mango chunks, low sodium butternut squash soup, white chedder soy crisps, steel cut oats, aria vanilla protein powder...
:)
Coffee and nuts! They have an amazing selection and great prices. The granola is also great - not exactly low calorie, but worth a spluge now and then.
Peanut butter and their dark chocolate bar!
<3 Trader Joe's!
I love the 'Spearean risotto, the gnocchi w/ tomatoes and mozz, the gorgonzola & walnut tortellini, and they also have good burritos (I only get the vegetarian ones now since I'm a pescetarian, but I know the chicken fajita one is good too from when I ate chicken!), the stuffed salmon, the potato medley. Stuff that's not really Trader Joe's brand or available only there but is way cheaper there include: nuts, dried fruits, produce, 0% greek yogurt, no pudge fudge brownies, and their gardenburger and morningstar farms stuff.
There's some stuff I haven't gotten from there yet that I am going to pick up on my next trip, including Better'n Peanut Butter and Tofu Shirataki Noodles (thanks to hungry-girl.com!)...

Like crack! All of them! The nut mixes with the dried ginger are pretty great too.

Sharon's Raspberry Sorbet. OMG delicious. 80 cals 1/2 a cup and it's so rich in flavor. I go to TJ just for this sorbet.
