Buying treadmill.......

I am in the market for a new treadmill but can't seem to find one that suits my needs.    Does anyone know of a good brand/model  to buy that will match closely to what I'm looking for?

• Fold up
• Prefer something a little compact so that it doesn't take up half the room
• <$700
• Good quality/sturdy
• Would like something that I could fold up and push into my closet when not using.

what is the speed range you are looking at?

also what about incline adjustability?

and weight limit for the tread mill

do you want something that also can measure heart rate. etc.
