Cabbage Ragu Recipe

cabbage and some other vegetables for making it pretty!:)

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb cabbage
1 small onion
20 baby carrots, raw
3 stalks celery, chopped
4 plum tomatoes
1 big red pepper
3 medium potatoes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp ketchup
Directions
  1. cut everything in pieces how you like it

  2. stir on very low heat

  3. season with italian herbs

  4. add red pepper
