| 1 | small onion |
| 20 | baby carrots, raw |
| 3 | stalks celery, chopped |
| 4 | plum tomatoes |
| 1 | big red pepper |
| 3 | medium potatoes |
| 2 | tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 | tbsp ketchup |
- cut everything in pieces how you like it
- stir on very low heat
- season with italian herbs
- add red pepper
